It’s silly to say but I’m practically addicted to certain websites that I know I shouldn’t be looking at when I’m at work. I need the internet for my job so I can’t get rid of it altogether but websites such as myspace or perezhilton I’d like to block on my work computer so I’m not tempted to look at them at work. Is that possible?
How do I block my computer from inappropiate websites on the computer? What is a good way to do this and is this free What is a good way to block suggestive sites? What do you reccomend? What is the easiest way to do this?
I followed these steps:
TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS, PRIVACY, SITES, TYPED WEBSITES, BLOCK, OK. I dont want to enable the CONTENT because then it will block everything.
I just need to block certain websites so I can keep my little brother off my computer.

I’m on my final year at uni doing my dissertation and would like to block some websites temporarily (as I have no will power!)
I’d like to do it so that’s easily reversible in a few weeks and completely blocks the sites without having to download anything onto my computer.

I have tried
①internet explorer>Tools>Internet Options>Privacy>Sites

But the problem is it doesn’t work.

I have a Belkin wireless router and I have 3 computers running on the network. I want to block certain websites from the router itself so that no one can access those websites. Is this possible. I have searched everywhere on how to do that but still have not found answer. I have also gone into my routers config (192.168.2.1) but i have not not found a option where I can block websites from there.
